Mr. Landsberg is the Founder & CEO of JL Commercial. He founded his own company after a lifetime of senior management positions within the real estate financing world spanning 11+ years. Joseph's expertise lies with his successful out of the box thinking, deep industry relationships and expert debt finance negotiations. Joeph is known for his warm personality and witty personality. In previous positions, Joseph served as Managing Director at TKG Commercial & BDIM where he served as the Managing Director for their Capital Division. He has also held roles at Franklin Street where he served as a Senior Director, CBRE where he served as Vice President of Debt & Structured Finance, Marcus & Millichap’s Capital Corporation as an Associate Director and Meridian Capital as Vice President. Giving back to the community and to local charities is very important for Joseph. He is proud to serve his local community through various volunteer positions. Originally from London, UK, Joseph holds a first-class honors B.A in Business Management from Middlesex University of London and is a licensed Mortgage Broker through the NMLS.
